Studio Cancellation Policy:
Your lesson time is reserved specifically for you each week. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed lessons, or forgotten lessons are billed, as the time has been reserved in the studio schedule. Each student is offered one grace cancellation in which the 24-hour notice policy may be waived. If a student is unwell, please notify me as soon as possible and I will do my best to offer a makeup lesson when scheduling allows. During severe weather or unsafe driving conditions, lessons may be moved online if arranged in advance.
